It is suitable for the bulk transportation of dry powder materials with particle diameter less than 0.1mm, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, particle alkali and so on. Powder material carrier is a kind of special vehicle which is widely used in industry, agriculture, commerce, power plant, construction and so on.

The tank body is mainly composed of head, barrel body, manhole cover and fluidization device

The head adopts standard oval head, the main specifications are EH2300mm, EH2400mm, EH2500mm, EH2600mm, EH2700mm.The head and cylinder material are 16Mn, Q345, QST420 and so on.

Introduction to fluidization of powder particles   

 When the gas enters the powder layer from the lower part of the container, if the gas flow rate exceeds a certain value (cement is 0.015m/s), the friction force between the gas and the powder particle is equal to the weight of the powder particle, and the powder particle is no longer supported by the fluidized bed, at this time they can move freely from high to low, so that the upper plane of the powder layer remains horizontal, similar to the properties of liquid. If there is a hole in the side wall of the container at this time, the powder can also be ejected from the hole. This is called the fluidization of powder. The cement truck makes use of the fluidization characteristic of the powder to realize unloading. The function of the fluidization cloth is to make the compressed air form a fine and uniform air flow into the powder layer to make the powder fluidization

The manhole cover adopts two structures, one is the inner buckle manhole cover, and the other is the outer three-claw external pressure manhole cover. The standard configuration is a manhole cover with internal button.

The two manhole covers have their own characteristics:

① Internal buckle structure: the height of the vehicle after loading is 100mm lower than the external pressure spring lifting structure; But the operation maneuverability is poor and the operation is troublesome.

② External pressure structure: high height, good maneuverability, easy operation

Air compressor: Suzhou air compressor, Dunhua Bohai air compressor, Qingdao air compressor, Wuhu air compressor, Chuzhou air compressor, etc. The exhaust capacity is 7.5m3/min, 8.0m3/min, 8.5m3/min, 9.0m3/min, 10.0m3/min and other specifications, the rated working pressure is 0.2Mpa, and the speed is 800-1100r /min

Magnetoelectric tachometer

Magnetoelectric tachometer, used to monitor the speed of the air compressor, by adjusting the throttle controller can adjust the engine throttle size, so as to change the speed of the air compressor.

Intake pipe

After the gas is output by the air compressor, it enters each compartment through the check valve and ball valve. A safety valve is installed before and after the check valve to prevent excessive pipe pressure from damaging the air compressor in case of accidents. The relief valve is set to 0.2Mpa.

The secondary blow pipe is connected with the discharge pipe and plays the role of auxiliary blowing during discharge. It is composed of ball valve, rubber hose and blow aid valve. The blow-off valve prevents powder from entering the line.

The external air source is equipped for the user not to use the air compressor of the car, but to use the compressed air outside.

A pressure relief valve is installed on the top of the tank body to discharge the residual pressure in the tank, and to deflate the air before the user opens the cover and when the discharge stops in the middle.

 

Discharge line

The discharge pipe is mainly composed of suction port, butterfly valve, discharge steel pipe, discharge pipe joint, discharge hose, etc.

Discharge hose: wear-resistant steel wire discharge hose with a diameter of 100mm.

Butterfly valve: sealed by rubber sealing ring, the rubber ring can be replaced after wear, without replacing the whole butterfly valve, which can reduce the use cost.

The tank body is equipped with a shock-proof pressure gauge to monitor the pressure change in the tank and guide the discharge of materials.
